Assessments and Audits
The consultants of Tundra have proven backgrounds in military special operations and various government organizations. We have a diverse background of consultants that have genuine expertise in the areas of corporate security, counter-terrorism, military and law enforcement operations. Our consulting experience reaches across the world as we employ British, American and Canadian personnel who have worked in Iraq, Afghanistan, Africa, Jordan, Canada, Israel, Eastern Europe, the United States and more.
Planning in advance of any security incident is essential in overcoming a potentially chaotic situation. A security audit is necessary, but in order to guard your employees and assets, a threat assessment must also be performed. A Threat Assessment is conducted to identify weaknesses in security systems, structure, design, planning and manpower which could be used by a potential threat to increase the impact of an incident.
A threat assessment and security audit followed by implementing modern and up to date policies, procedures and an emergency action plan will not only mitigate or minimize potential damage from an attack or security breach, but it will also increase the effectiveness and efficiency of your operations as a whole.
Penetration Testing
Vulnerabiltiy assessments are usually performed in conjunction with a threat analysis and security audit A vulnerability assessment is outlined in a threat analysis, but is taken to a higher level with a penetration test (also known as “red team” training). We can provide Red Teams, which are tundra security specialists playing the role of a terrorist or adversary. The aim of a penetration exercise is to test the response of an organizations security by researching potential threats and then employing exercises that correspond with that threat.
A penetration test is a research tool and is usually conducted during a detailed audit and analysis. A penetration test performed by our consultants is the closest possible way of simulating an attack or security incident. Each test is tailored to suit the needs of the company and is based on a threat analysis. We will work with extreme confidentially to evaluate the security and emergency response procedures to all potential threats.
When disaster strikes, even trained emergency response crews can be overwhelmed by the severity of an incident. A combination of communication and leadership failures and lack of planning can easily increase the severity of an incident. Assess your security force with professional, mission specific vulnerability assessments and penetration tests. All of our consultants and “red team adversaries” come from former special operations and the elite of law enforcement with years of knowledge in the private security industry, counter terrorism, and corporate espionage.
